These interim terms cover the public DESPINA Intell website and authenticated Private Library pilot. A future paid service may require updated terms or a separate agreement.

DESPINA Intell includes a public product website, a public concierge and an authenticated Private Library pilot. The public concierge cannot access a visitor’s collection. Private Library lets a signed-in user upload supported files and ask questions over indexed documents. Paid subscriptions, Share, Credits, Discover and Marketplace are not currently offered.
Public AI chat
The public DESPINA chat provides general product information generated with artificial intelligence. Do not submit confidential collection material. Answers may contain errors and must not be treated as professional advice or as evidence from your personal library.
Using this website
You may browse the site and use Private Library for legitimate personal, research or professional purposes. Upload only material you have the right to process. Do not upload unlawful or harmful material, attempt to access another user’s library, disrupt the service or infringe another person’s rights. Pilot limits may apply to file size, storage, uploads and questions.
Private Library and AI answers
Indexing and answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Verify important claims against the preserved original source. The service is not a substitute for professional advice, secure archival preservation or your own backup copy.
Intellectual property
The DESPINA Intell name, visual identity, website design and original text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or present them as your own without written permission.
No professional advice
Material on this site is general product information. It is not legal, archival, financial, academic or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the public information accurate, but the product direction may evolve during the pilot. The website may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn without notice.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DESPINA Intell is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on this pre-launch website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
